Judge rules in FOP's favor. City cannot charge more for cars.

The sadden fact is that the city would save a fortune if you turn the cars in. But it would be at the cost of safety. It is a big deterent having the cars around and sitting in neighborhoods but what the city would save in gas and maintenance would be tremendous. What he is charging you guys to keep them is pennies compared to what he would save it you turn the cars in. Just fight to put it in your contract. The car should be considered part of your benefit for doing the job.
