Judge rules in FOP's favor. City cannot charge more for cars.

I realize that police live in these areas because of low crime, I was just reffering to the number of cars that aren"t being seen on a daily basis that would have been driven by off duty officers, a major difference. Parked in driveways or driven don't you think the more police cars seen the better. That is one reason why the good areas stay good.
