This is good news, but this battle is far from over. This injunction only prevents the rates of your LEASED police car from being increased until the case is heard and decided on. We could still lose this and be forced to park the cars in the end - so be ready for that dark day, should it occur. Kudos to Judge Perry for being fair and making the correct decision.
