Judge rules in FOP's favor. City cannot charge more for cars.

I understand that on 1/4/08, the Teamsters will be filing a class action lawsuit against the city for the furlough days. our contract states we cannot be furloughed due to financial problems. Guess the mayor lost another couple million PLUS the court costs, PLUS the media attention it will gain.
