Judge rules in FOP's favor. City cannot charge more for cars.

I understand that TV time is expensive HOWEVER I know for a fact that older folks like my parents dont get on you tube or a computer at all for that matter and the older folks are the ones that should be considered as ones to inform also. I think we need to go all ways to reach the public.......I would like to see SOMETHING happen........ANYTHING!
