Very well said Rick. I too will probably walk in feb if nothing gets resolved. I will HATE not having that car in my driveway that I have had for 10 yrs. I am just sick of getting walked on by the CITY. I wish I had all the OT from every time I have stopped to back up someone, pick up a wreck, a stranded motorist, hell even picked a run while off duty. The Mayor probably knows this but does not care. He needs revenue not savings. Thats my biggest issue with the fees. He will already save by taking away all OT. I am going to stop this reply now because I am mad and do not want to type anything unprofessional.
