I don't claim to be able to see the future, but here is what I see more then likely happening. I did happen to be on the side that wants to wait until February tosee what happens in court, but I honestly think the odds of us winning in court are very slim at best. Then after we lose the membership will really split because the number of people that park their cars will be very close to the number of people that will want to stay in and pay for their own reasons.
