I am speaking for non-union metro employees. When Government merged the mayor took away all longivity raises. We basically get raises every July. The first three years of merger we recived no raises. Then over last two we have recieved 2%. We must take 4 furlough days two of which are right around Christmas. The mayor does not care about metro employees. Oops maybe if you belong to cordish then you might get a raise. I feel for what the police, fire, and other members are going through.
