A lot of people are claiming us to be spoiled and not willing to make concessions...well this couldnt be further from the truth. First of all, we are already paying for these cars each month. Paying for them is like leasing a car but the city still dictates what you can and cant do in them. Other options were brought to the attention of the powers that be but were turned down and the only focus is in these cars. Do you know that the city paid $282,000 last year for only 500 department cell phones??
