On Fox 41 news they said the cars will be SOLD!!!!!

NONE of us would expect you to pay that $75 extra!

How typical of the command staff to threaten everyone with additional economic sanctions in order to scare people into playing their little game. Thanks for the info. In my book $75.00 os less than $100 also and I get to keep my integrity too. That is something they seem to all have lost. They can't figure out that they are the ones showing fear with all of these little threats that are comming out. They can't imagine that we are sticking together and that we are willing to sacrifice rather than give in to their high handed demands.

Abramson's "projections" are just that. If there was fact to back anything up then he would not be afraid to show us the books. All of the books not just his summary sheets and pie charts. Kudos to Metro Council for taking it to the AG's Office. If we stick together and fight him on all fronts he will lose. He has painted himself into a corner on this and he will lose.

Let me get this straight......If it is your calling and desire to become a Homicide Detective and help a grieving family bring the killer of their loved one to justice, you have to pay to do that ? Only this administration could come up with an idea that is that morally corrupt. Charging the Police to come to work or go to court will surely lower the crime rate and make the community safer. Let's charge the garbagemen 75.00 per month to come to work and let's see how the garbage can pile up. The community should be apalled.......

Parking will be tax deductible. Gas taxes will not. Park it and take the write-off. It will be better for you in the long run.

Doesn't the FOP control some of the spots in the old mud lot?

How about this, find the closest place you can park for free (on the street) that is on a bus line that runs down Jefferson or Market, and TARC it to work. (And of course, if you work at night down there, you can just park on the street.) Or carpool.

CIS detectives... don't pay to park. Give up your car and carpool with an evidence technician. With four furlough days coming their way, they could use the gas money.
