#3 The county had cars for 35 years....in that time do you not think that if it saved money that they would not have taken them..........point being let them have them and then let them figure out the ways to solve all the issues that go with them. ( who takes a car for a pm on 2nd or 3rd shift, what do you do when 300 show up at a derby rollcall looking for a car to drive........remember that cannot make you take one home and them cannot make you come in early unless they pay.
