Right on brother !!!!!!!

I used to go after persons embezzling public funds.....The budget is nothing its vague and shows potential amounts to be spent for that account or cost center.

We must look at each purchase order, transfers to other accounts, transfer into an account, check numbers associated with each account, and other expenditures.

This city has smaller budget than the last place I worked for and about 5000 less employees.....

I'm thinking something is seriously wrong here!!!!!
