ooooh....STAY AWAY from any of the 'Oxmoor' dealerships! They are crooks. We have made dozens of runs to their lots where customers were threatening the salesman and such, and the CUSTOMERS were right to do it! The dealerships were screwing people over BAD. One example...you go in to look at a car, they talk you into a test drive. They have you sign a piece of paper 'just to cover you on our insurance while you drive it...'

You come back and they are cleaning out your car you drove up in. Seems you signed an agreement to TRADE your car in for something on their lot THAT DAY. -I saw this one a couple of times, once was an Asian who didn't speak/read English very well, another was an obviously 'challenged' individual.
