Why is it that one fee (for those who don't use it off duty) is going from 30 to 100, which is a 70 dollar increase But for those who DO use it "off-duty", it is going from 60 to 160, which is a 100 dollar increase I know I'm stating the obvious here, but even when he tries to screw people, it is nonsensical.
