Jerry and the Chief do not care about you or your kids. They both think that everyone on the department will HO up and pay the fee. They are not worried about any specialty response times, they think everyone will pay it, so why worry. Everyone needs to stick together and put an end to this corrupt Mayor. No longer will he have one of the safest cities, if he is even the Mayor at that point. If you pay for a police car, you will be paying his bond to get him out of jail.
