Let's see today they announce that the City owes the firemen about 18 million from their lawsuit. Lets figure in a conservative 2 million for legal fee's and that brings us to 20 million. I'm trying to remember where I've heard that 20 million figure referred to before............................ .. Face it people there's the budget shortfall.
