Can we get some answers?

You are wrong when you say that anyone below Majors will pay. Very few will pay, you forget, the Chief cannot take away a Lt's, or Sgt's rank like he can easily slap down a Major. We will not pay either, so take that to the bank Jerry. You will find that the people that will pay are either suckbuuuuuutss, selfish with no sense of "TEAM" or live beyond their means by working and depending on too much off duty. More off duty or cutting the budget and spending more time with family,,,, I think I know which one I would and should choose.

I would'nt be so quick to judge who will/won't pay. You can drive by 810 Barrett after the deadline and when I'm not working, my car will be parked. And yes, I'm in a "specialty" unit.
