Can we get some answers?

Norris and Abramson talk like its a done deal, however the members vote tomorrow (12/11). I'm not sure it will make a difference how the vote goes, though, because we lost the no-layoff clause with this last contract.

There's also some confusion with the Mayor's statement on whom it will affect. He states non-essential and sworn police in the same breath. So which is it? There are several Teamster units classified as essential (i.e, crime scene techs and TCO's).
