FOP meeting with mayor a big disappointment

Once again you are trying to apply logic to a situation that developed because someone didn't think of the consequences and long range issues involved. I remember the old adage about "Tax and Spend" being attributed to Democrats. Jerry already tried to pass new taxes and the public voted them down. He obviously has overspent on numerous occasions.

how about we cut out social programs? how about not busing a student from down town to the suburbs so they can disrupt things in the county? how about not treating illegals in our hospitals? how about not paying for interpreters in school for illegals? how about if your able bodied and you dont work you dont get housing, food, medical, school supplies, transportation.............................................. its a working tax payer thing you wouldnt understand.

Have you lost your mind? Liberals only tax the "rich" people, such as police officers and fire fighters since most of us make well over 30k in a year. As a fellow "rich" person just like me, you are supposed to pay all the taxes and let the poor disadvantaged people continue to do nothing to help society.
