In the bridge contract 2003 a bunch of people received no raise. It depended on where you where at on the scale CIty Police or County. SO it was either a 0% or slightly over 1%. The next year we tooks a 0% on the first of a 3 year contract followed by 2 years of 2% raises while the COLA was 4.3 and 3.8 those years. The last time we got a raise it took him forever to pay the retro and we increased our contributions on our insurance so we got much less. This year we got a 2% again well below COLA
