City employees questioning mayor's priorities

Lexington, who has a budget 300 million less than louisville, only has about 11-13 million in their rainy day fund. Conversely, Nashville, who has a budget DOUBLE Louisville's, has only 13-15 million. We've got FIFTY million more than a city with a budget TWICE our size. 10 million could EASILY and COMFORTABLY be taken out of there. I wouldn't take the full 20, because I think that would create an excuse for him not to pay the firefighters.
