Actually, the line that I called first was the 2111. The next time I called the officer's only line, and it too, was automated. I was transferred after getting the automated message, then talked to another call taker, then finally to my F-2 operator. It wasted valuable time. BTW, Thanks for trying to help me. ~~Shannon Holt
