Sounds like a plan...although impeachment is possible, I think it has to be for something "bigger" than just mismanagement of the city. I haven't researched the specific ordinances in a long time, although it'd be nice to get him out. Perhaps a lawsuit for retribution, since this is obviously the case. He got smacked down on the insurance a few years back, and are in the process of kicking his ******** over it yet again. He'll lose, and knows he'll lose. So, he's using the car issue as punishment.
