Well said Mr Craig... I have had numerous citizens speak to me about this issue. For the most part they are simpathetic to our plight. I wish someone who might have ties beyond our city Government could have someone look at the cities spending. Might be scary what they may turn up. I have given countless hours of FREE work to this city and never even batted an eye to want OT. I dont mind stopping for a wreck or stranded motorist. Thats what the program is all about. I back up atleast one 4th division
