I believe there is a court ruling that workers who are required to wear a uniform to work can not be made to dress on their own time. This means if your shift starts at 7 am you can not be made to show up at 7am in uniform unless you were paid for your dress time. Lets be fair and give the city several options 1) Pay us 30 min every work day ( including details) so we show up dressed. 2) Allow us time after roll call to dress while runs are holding. Must provide male and female locker rooms. Including
