Ok, heres what I propose: If you choose to use your car for off duty/unlimited personal use, then pay the $75 / $105 a pay...however, if (like me) you decide to park it, then you should be allowed to do so without it being turned into a pool car, therefore saving the city money on buying new lockers to fit all of our equipment in, and saving the city money on gas (even though its now less than $1.70 a gallon).
