YOU COMPLETELY MISSED THE POINT JACKASS

It doesn't matter how much we want to help people off duty, or how big our heart might be, if we don't have a take home car it will be completely impossible to do many things. How in the HELL am I supposed to stop a DUI when I'm off duty if I'm in my personal car??

Are you lecturing over what you yourself just did? Was your story necessary? I thought you did it because you were human, not because you needed to tell somebody or get recognition. Interesting.

You are probably the truck driver that keeps complaining about us speeding and getting a free coke from a store that costs a dime. The fat between your ears has made you miss the point dumba**. He should have collected about 150 dollars in O.T. But since he likes to keep a take home care he didn't want to rock the boat.

O.K., FINE ,GREAT! now how many potential criminals did you stop or how many people got to sleep safely in their homes because of what you did? a lot of people have no idea how many times the police have stopped crime on their streets by doing what this officer, and many more like him have done.

You have convinced me and probably all other readers that you are great and indeed a hero, at least in your own mind. However I am so glad that you are not a cop, because you would be horrible. Only black and white to you, no gray. You would be the damn cop driving in the fast lane on the expressway at exactly 55 mph. with the big caravan of congested traffic behind you, because everyone is afraid to pass you and you would have a smile on your face because you would be in control and everyone would notice you. Heck you might even get so excited by this that you would have to grab a few kleenex. Many mornings I run late to work and I speed. So what!!! If I get caught i will pay it... get over yourself. I along with others, want the cop to go fast and get off of the expressway so I can get to work. So by the way it looks, that means they can't make anybody happy- too slow - too fast always somebody mad. Oh and guess what, I have a free company car w/ no logos w/free gas and a spending account to take clients out and buy unlimited food/alcohol. I also get free merchandise to give out but sometimes I give this to my friends, oooh should I really be doing that, but who cares. most jobs have perks, except yours maybe. If you are unhappy because others have things that you do not then go back to college or find another job that is more fullfilling than driving the same truck around all the time. I support the police because I sure as he!! wouldn't want their thankless job or dealing with the animals that just got their life back together but were selling their last piece of crack before starting college. Not everyone can be a cop, they have to pass alot of requirements/tests, I know this because I have a friend that has tried 3 times with no luck. I think I'll tell him to be a trucker. You just need a license, way to go. just a tip before I go.......If I were talking about myself like you are and saying how intelligent I was, I would use the spell check before submitting there Einstein.
