Often times due to the fact that I drive a large truck, I am unable to plan lunch, not knowing whether or not I will be near a lot big enough to get into at lunchtime, so either I wait, dont eat, or I bring my lunch. Sometimes, I get my food to go if I think parking my truck will be an inconvenience to others. Point is, by your criteria, I should be allowed to do over 65MPH in a 35MPH, just because I was in a hurry, and ignoring things that I had learned about time constraints through experience
