By the way, I served in the military too-alot of cops have and continue to do so even while being a cop. I don't know of any truck drivers who also continue to serve in the guard or reserves. It doesn't take much brains to drive a truck, (trust me, I've been on enough crashes to know that truck drivers are usually at fault because they were driving too fast or too dangerously, or were just trying to push themselves past exhaustion and ended up causing a wreck, which maybe the reason why you made it onto that top 10 list along with the night shift of a convience store), however investigating crimes and arresting criminals, contrary to popular belief actually does take a little smarts. I'd rather have a job that makes a difference than unload a shipment of puppy chow at Wal-mart, but whatever floats your boat.

Cops are smarter than you might think, that's why the jail and prisons are overcrowded.
