Enough is Enough!

Especially after there was a 10 million dollar shortfall last year supposedly (ironically announced right after his library tax didn't go through)... now ALL OF A SUDDEN we have a 20 million dollar shortfall? and we HAVE to FIND THIS MONEY in SIX MONTHS or else... or else what, exactly? More misappropriating of funds? More granite sidewalk projects? Why hasn't anyone asked even the simplest of questions? They keep saying "these 'cuts' would save the city 1.2 million" What exactly about making officers shell out money is CUTTING anything? Don't anchors have to go to school and get a degree? Doesn't that require basic reasoning skills? Basic brain capacity?

In August he agreed to $24 million to Cordish. He was unsuccessful with that and got $12 million from the Metro Council November 7th. What happened to the budget between November 7th and November 21st to create this "emergency"? Inquiring minds want to know.
