Not an expert on OSHA, but .... Anyone know, does each of the divisions have someone qualified in first aid, who is THERE most of the time? (Officers don't really count, they are in and out.) Are required to provide adequate PPE for anticipated hazards. Are required to certify and then recertify annually in hazardous materials - do we do that as the law requires? Do the bomb squad guys get the technician level training they are supposed to have?
