Officers could sign long term leases with the city for a place to park...
The city needs about 1200 parking spots, and there are about that many men and women in blue. Each officer could then park their cruiser in their own driveway and bill the city for the rent on the space.
I bet that genius mayor has already started a project with his lovers at Cordish to give them some land only to rent it back for a "cruiser lot"...So you better hurry
