I am one that will give up my car because I can not afford to pay anymore. There is one thing that worries me more then the car issue and that is the hiring freeze to a department that is already short to were it is unsafe, and to the point that you can not get a V-day when wanted. This issue to me is tearing the officers apart rather then uniting us, and that scares me. I agree that we need to do what is absolute necessary and to make lock ups only when needed, but I think it will go beyond that.
