Remember that being on time for work means being there for roll call. It does NOT mean coming in early to find a pool car to get and loading all your gear into it or even checking to see see if it starts or is even safe to drive. The runs will have to wait for them to find a pool car gor you to drive and load your gear into it. They can NOT make you come in early to get THIER car ready for patrol.
