Enough is Enough!

I busted out laughing when he stated on the news "the security of the community will not be compromised by this issue". Some people are just clueless beyond disbelief and he represents everything the word "CLOWN" stands for, two fold. I wonder who he was trying to convince more, the viewers or himself?
