Unfortunately, the lawsuit that Dave Burns and Debbie Minnier have filed against Major Jimmy Harper and the command staff, and the Metro Police, is not B.S.

Any one who knows Dave knows him to be a stand up guy, who tried to handle the situation in the appropriate manner and was then kicked in the teeth by Jimmy and his boss of bosses, Phil Turner.
