Be real it isn't the contract; however, it is the idiot mayor who violates our contract at every turn - causing the city to spend money fighting the FOP in court and yes the FOP wins each time.......so tell me what does the contract have to do with this....if we had take home cars in the contract he would violate that just like he is with health insurance.
