Enough is Enough!

I agree with the notion that there are many people out there who only "talk the talk"....I like to think that this time people seem to really mean it....I know personally, I will be at the meeting on Mondy night, and I'll be happy to go along with whatever the majority seems to support as a way to deal with this complete load of ****....One thing I think might be helpful is if the FOP could hire a REALLY good PR person who can make sure our outrage and our positions are known to everyone....I think the community support for us would really be fantastic...And, of course, imagine how the businesses out there will respond if we stop having our police cars out there visible for everyone...Imagine the owners of places where we work off-duty...They'll be none too happy with the mayor for eliminating their security...Just imagine....

Let me say this no one comes to the meetings because we hear nothing from the FOP other than when a free party is going to be held.......give me a freakin break! Talk business, do business, and mean business. I know for a fact the E-BOARD has known about a number of improper things that the staff and the mayors office has done and they won't do anything about it. So Mr. FOP put up or shut up do something and quit pointing the finger at us. YOU have the power to speak for the FOP now show us what you can do don't just boo hoo about no one coming to the meetings.
