The ILEADS thing is such a big deal that has been so ignored - why do we always have to be DIFFERENT? KYOPS works just fine. But LMPD just can't stand doing things like all the other places in the state do things ....

Save money on training - use Richmond like everyone else does.

If those numbers are right you could buy a brand new car...that would be yours to keep every 4 to 5 years...depending on the model!

ILEADS is USELESS, I have yet to take a report in the field because the ILEADS system locks up! What a waste of not only $2.5 million but the continued down time it cost the city because I have to capture the info on paper, then return to the division and complete the ILEADS report on my Fast Connection laptop! WOW!
