I got this job to help and it seems like I am fighting someone or something everyday to do my job. If it's not paying to go to work it's getting kicked off flex because of lack of time on...I just want to do good things....I can't get a MDT that works, I still don't have court net (going on 3 years). Most of the people I've locked up don't serve any time....I just want to do good things...I am here as a police officer because GOD put me here!!! I wish I knew what to do..I was going home this morning
