I am in... I am actually thinking that having a large number of officers going 10-8 at a TARC stop for a few photo-ops might not be bad... Imagine that... Radio, advise (insert yout division)30 that I will be delayed to roll call... The TARC driver is on her smoke break. I am 10-8 in service on TARC # 1293....

Even better at the end of shift, Imagine it is now 1 hour before end of shift and every one comes to the division on equipment to trade cars and turn paper work... meaning if you are on a 8 hour schedule, they get a real 6... if you are on a 10 hr day they get a real 8...

Nothing they can do about it.
