Mayor orders spending restrictions, including hiring freeze, travel cuts

That's the same fund the helicopter sale went to. Hmmm. Other cities seize property. For example, the guy that gets busted for solitation of a prostitute, bam there goes his car!!! If we took a no nonsense attitude toward crime and follow suit by watching these larger cities, we wouldn't have a budget shortage in the first place. There's so many easy things we could be doing but for some reason are afraid to go there. Maybe Jerry's afraid he would get stung himself.
