They'll get some real time in Indiana for armed robbery. Their court system isn't as accomodating and tolerant of the "accidental errors" of wayward youth as Kentucky's courts are. If Walker was in the house with a gun fleeing police, then it's doubtful that the occupants were free to leave unless they were hiding him. Either he should also be charged with Unlawful Imprisonment or she should be charged with harboring him.
