Yes, Ms. Lumpkins survived a horrible ordeal and the 911 dispatcher did an outstanding (and commendable) job, but what about the officers who rushed to Ms. Lumpkins' aid and confronted two armed, violent, suspects that had already shot 2 people? And what about the fact they took them into custody without further bloodshed?
