Why do they need to search when I am quite sure they have very capable correctional employees working in metro corrections now that would do an outstanding job?? Hiring from the outside is an insult to all the corrections officers.

REplacements found within weeks? In the military, subordinates are trained to take over command IMMEDIATELY upon losing a leader on the battlefield. Are you telling me the next set of ranks in line are incompetant? Or maybe they are just looking for a JERRY-Yes man! Or maybe they want to spend thousands mor eon a search commitee. I HATE JERRY!
