WELL THAT SURE IS NICE OF LMPD NOT TO COUNT ALL HOMICIDES As a citizens I would love to know ALL murders. It's important to know if your neightbor had to murder someone to protect them self from CRIMINALS trying to rob, hurt, or kill them!
