This is a typical travesty when someone recieves credit for "good time" and is released early. A Jury convicted him and gave him a sentence of 20 years... too short considering he took a life. It is excaberated by the fact that he spent a little over 8 years in a mental hospital and then after he was deemed competent to stand trial his attorneys still tried to get him off. He then served less than 6 full years and gets credit for being good. BALONEY! He should have to serve out the remainder of
