Amen...there is a difference. And what these high ranking COs don't get...is that we know about their corruption and we will not follow them. ....no matter how many leadership quotes they spout or how many rah rah speeches. I will follow the honest cops ..not the ones who have been corrupt and taken care of their whole career. It's human nature to follow those who you admire. We are in dire need of someone to admire! The next corrupt Major is going to retire before his investigation is complete.
