Holding to a higher standard

I don't think that's even the point. The point is, not all good cops ARE good husbands, fathers, citizens, etc. Some good cops s-ck in their personal lives, BUT when it comes down to that moment of truth, we still back each other and wouldn't let harm come their way. All these pretty poems are so overused it's ridiculous. Not every cop out there is a good man. Sorry, but they just aren't. This isn't an excuse to bash ANYONE but let's at least be honest with ourselves. There are some real ******* wearing badges. Doesn't make them bad cops, but they are ******* just the same.
