For those of you who were not at the last FOP meeting (that would be 1000+ of you) lets set a few things straight about what happened. First, I am not on the FOP board, I am not sleeping with anyone on the board, and I really don't care that much about any of them. I just think that some facts need to get out. John Mcguire *did* state that the city told him the delay with the raise was a people soft issue; he did not say he believed it. John Mcguire gave a clear and concise account of the legal
